Soar On Wings Like Eagles

“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” – Isaiah 40:31

Tired, weary, sick and tired of life, problems, issues of all sorts? Hmmm, sounds familiar… Everyone gets to a point in their lives when they want to simply quit. Giving in is the easiest thing we can do. The hardest and usually only profitable way is to persevere and go on in life. Incredibly tough yet worth doing.

Too many believers teach that a life of a Christian is full of material, emotional and similar “blessings”. Yes, it can be so, however the Bible tells us that as followers of Jesus we’ll be persecuted, mocked, rejected, even killed (which is happening even as I write this). However, we can seek refuge in Him and renew our strength in Him alone. And only through Him we can soar on wings like eagles. Furthermore we will run and not grow weary, we will walk and not be faint. What a promise. 😉
